PRINTS INFORMATION
Once your order is placed it is sent straight to our professional print office.
We aim to process by the next working day. Orders placed before before 12pm are shipped the same day.
As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a email confirmation and your order should be with you within 1-2 business days.
Turn around for canvases are 1-2 weeks. These are handmade so please be mindful that during busy periods the time can increase, however we try our best to avoid this and you will be informed if this is the case.
In the unlikely and unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage as well as the packaging and shipping label and email it over to hbartistry@yahoo.com and our customer support team will assist you immediately.
If for any reason you wish to return or exchange a item please email us at hbartistry@yahoo.com with your order number.
All orders must be returned undamaged and upopened in their original packaging. Please include a note with your name, reason for return, order number. This must be done within 21 days of the order being receive.
All orders will be inspected and a refund will be issued If confirmed.
Sale items are non refundable and can only be given in the form of a e-gift voucher.
We do not offer exchanges.
Items that have been bespoke made cannot be returned as they are made to order such as textured canvases.
We do not offer free returns policy.
It is not always possible to cancel orders due to the fast paced process our company offers. If your order has not been shipped we are happy to look into cancelling your order.
